About Us

The color blue has long been associated with feelings of peace and tranquility. It is no wonder, then, that the Avlonitis family chose blue as the color of their new home. Theofilos Cozy Apartments, also known as Corfiot Panorama or Blue House, are nestled on a hillside overlooking the lovely bay of Agios Georgios Pagon and the house seems to merge with the sky and the sea. The soft blue hues create a sense of calm, inviting visitors to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.  Due to their location, the apartments guarantee a peaceful vacation. 

It was Theofilos who decided on the location of the house. Before the construction, he imagined himself enjoying the sea breeze while he drank his coffee overlooking the sea and the sky.
Our clients recall Theofilos’s warm welcome, while he offered them ouzo (the traditional Greek drink). The smile and the tone of his voice were a guarantee of a wonderful vacation. His legacy is continued by his wife Maria, his son Tommy and his daughter Angela, who are striving to achieve better hospitality, even from Theofilos.

“We spent a very lovely week in this property. The owner Mr. Tommy was kind and helpful he took care of us with even gifts for us during the check-in and check-out and some special tips about Corfu. The house was perfect with a good view directly on the beach and everything was cleaned and in place, we didn’t need anything and he was always there to check if we needed anything. I have been to some countries and Airbnb but I think this place was one of the best if not the best in terms of being cared for and not worrying about anything.”

"Tommy’s place was wonderful, we came just at the sunset and from that time it was just amazing. In the apartment was everything that we needed, beautiful views after waking up from the bed, hearing the sea all night or seeing beautiful sunsets. Tommy was just a lovely owner, he was asking always if we need anything, he helped us with rental of scooters and car, also suggesting places for fun and food, also he was so kind, to take us with his car for big supermarket shopping for first days, as the place was a bit far away. We felt at this place very pleasant and cosy. Blue light in a bathroom and making grill outside was a nice bonus :). His mom was very nice too. Overall this place have made our vacation very relaxed with direct view on how the life looks in Corfu with local people and their everyday life during season. It was a beautiful experience that i suggest to all people! Hope to see it again.."
