Deposit & Payment Policy

An initial deposit of 15% of the total amount should be paid withi 48 hours through a direct wired bank transfer to the following IBAN #

Please send us by mail your bank transfer receipt. A confirmation mail will follow as soon as we reconfirm with the bank the receipt of the amount. Please keep this mail on you (as a payment receipt) on arrival. The remaining balance will be paid in cash, direct to your host upon arrival.

Pet Policy

This is a pet-friendly apartment. Please, ensure that you keep your pet under control and well behaved at all times, so they don't disturb other guests. Please clean up after them both inside the apartment as well as in common areas of the property or any parts thereof. It is important for you not to leave them unsupervised. That could lead to damage without being noticed first-hand. In the event of a loss, it is crucial to make sure your pet is wearing an identification collar or tag. The owner's exact name and phone number should always be on the pet's identification tags so that we can quickly locate them if they do get lost. Please provide documentation of the most recent vaccination as well as any other required health reports. It is necessary to adhere to the aforementioned house terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation without any cancellation fees is possible up to 20 days before arrival. The 15% deposit will be returned to the same bank account using the same method (by direct wired bank transfer). If cancellation occurs less than 20 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
